Time: 30 mins before closing
I don’t go to Best Buy for customer service but I do for the products. This time I came looking for a gaming monitor that I already knew I wanted. I found it on display and looked below and up and down and left and right trying to find a box. I’m not one to ask for help but while I was doing this, there were 3 employees sitting at the checkout near the monitors. They saw me, I saw them. I continued to search and couldn’t find the box so I went to the three employees and asked if I could get some help finding an item. They all looked at each other on who had to do the work. One got pushed to go and reluctantly walked toward the monitors. While we were walking toward the monitors, he looked back to the other two associates and said something on the lines of “I hate you guys” for making him work. I was really thrown off by the comment.
We get to the monitor and he immediately lets me know that the monitor is out of stock. He gave me two other options with zero conviction or as if he was trying to guide me away from the best alternatives. Ultimately, I’m not happy with how I was treated and I hope others are not treated this way.

Absolutely worst experience by far I have ever had at a best buy. While initially helpful as soon as they realized I was only buying a laptop charger the service instantly became non existent. I tried opening my mac book box that I had brought to verify the charging cable was correct and was told to move. The women working in the electronics department proceeded to lean against the counter I had been on and text, not sure why I was asked to move so she could stare at her phone. Completely detached, unhelpful, and honestly disrespectful. I proceeded to go to the customer service desk to check out as the the check out lanes were closed so the employees there could stare off into their phones. After ringing in my purchase the women at customer service immediately pulled up her phone and said nothing more. Just absolutely deplorable and disrespectful where is the manager. I Will NEVER return to this store worst customer service I have experienced at a best buy I have bought countless products over the years and will boycott this location the rest of my life.
